Sunday funday

We will meet in Mill Creek park’s parking lot across from the golf course for a high moderate to brisk ride. Half way through we will join up with the Cycward bike club for additional 12-15 miles at a low moderate pace then pick back up to our normal pace for the rest of the ride for a total of 36-40 miles. Some hills (it is the park lol). Helmets are required 8:30 am call or text me with any questions!
